Humanoid
Alpha Atlas
The crowdsourced list and KOID holdings got the humanoid supply chain mostly right. The ranking was the problem. This page reranks every mention by residual alpha: real exposure, good valuation, small enough market cap, KOID validation, and no massive price capitulation upward.
For humanoid robotics, the current pass cross-checks the crowdsourced list against KOID holdings, physical-AI platform evidence, market cap, and YTD rerating, then penalizes obvious ETF/crowd consensus while keeping smaller direct component names visible. The active ranking pass cross-checks the original thesis against current market prices, market cap, YTD rerating, AI 2027 compute/security assumptions, hyperscaler capex pressure, power constraints, HBM and advanced-packaging evidence, and physical-AI adoption signals.
The best humanoid trade is not the most obvious humanoid company.
Both lists cluster around eyes, joints, edge compute, warehouse workflows, and a few direct humanoid builders.
Ouster/StereoLabs, Mobileye/Mentee, Hesai/RoboSense, Harmonic Drive/Nabtesco, Schaeffler, UBTECH, XPeng, Hyundai/Boston Dynamics, Richtech, Leadshine, Zhaowei, Keli, and Shuanglin all map to current humanoid or physical-AI evidence.
KOID confirms several missing component names, but high weights in obvious leaders can also mean the alpha is already becoming institutional.
The alpha score now adds KOID validation for lower-weight, direct component candidates while penalizing high-weight or already-rerated holdings such as Harmonic Drive, Rainbow, STMicro, and NVIDIA.
Small-cap perception, motion, direct-but-unproven builders, and materials names screen better than mega-cap parents or fully consensus suppliers.
ARBE, SERV, XBOTF, ACUVI.ST, MKA.L, RoboSense, RR, ALNT, Zhaowei, Leadshine, Keli, Schaeffler, and Shuanglin rank higher than Tesla, NVIDIA, CATL, ABB, Hyundai, and Intuitive Surgical.
The ETF is a map of the ecosystem, not a ranking of alpha
KOID gives useful exposure to the physical-AI stack, but the index weights by investability and theme fit. The hidden-gem screen flips the question: which holdings still have direct humanoid exposure, manageable market caps, and enough rerating room left?
Where value hides in the humanoid stack
Arbe Robotics
Tiny public float exposure to radar perception. Not a pure humanoid supplier yet, but radar redundancy becomes more valuable as robots leave controlled demos.
Small and ignored beats large and obvious
Each point is a public stock. Further left means smaller market cap. Lower means less price rerating. Bigger, brighter points have higher alpha. The upper-right names may still be great companies, but they are less aligned with this page's hidden-gem objective.

Buy the bottleneck where the market has not already paid full price for the story.
Ouster, Harmonic Drive, Nabtesco, Rainbow, VPG, MRAM, Ambiq, Lattice, Cognex, KLIC, Aeva, Aurora, and Neo all teach something useful about the humanoid stack. The cleaner alpha list is narrower: ARBE, SERV, XBOTF, ACUVI.ST, MKA.L, RR, ALNT, AMBA, MBLY, RoboSense, Hesai, and Siasun. The thesis should be rechecked whenever any of those names rerate faster than their customer evidence improves.
